Yip it is! Enough studies have been done that we can say that drinking about half a litre of coffee a day could significantly decrease your risk of Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease. No one is quite sure why, but the effect of caffeine seems substantial, whether it's in coffee, tea or softdrinks. Warning: For some people, too much caffeine may cause health problems.
